Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery & Tracking

We ship both domestically and internationally. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your destination. You can monitor your shipment anytime using the tracking link in your dispatch email.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to adore your NiilaVerse pieces. Because jewelry is an intimate and delicate accessory, we maintain strict return criteria to guarantee hygiene and authenticity for all our customers.

3-Day Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Any requests submitted after this 3-day window cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must strictly meet the following conditions:

• Unworn & Undamaged: Pieces must be in pristine, brand-new condition with no scratches, marks, blemishes, or signs of wear.
• Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original NiilaVerse pouch, box, and protective packaging with all tags intact.
• Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number and confirmation receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and promotional/final sale items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect piece, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and outer box so we can resolve it promptly.
